The Alliance for Texas History is a statewide nonprofit organization with 700+ members who are dedicated to advancing an accurate, inclusive, and comprehensive understanding of Texas history. Founded in 2024, the Alliance brings together scholars, educators, public historians, museums and archives, local historical organizations, students, and anyone with an interest in Texas’s past.
At a time when the facts of history are being
challenged and distorted, voices of scholarship are needed.
